We provide our home inspection clients (effective 3/23/10) with a 90-120 day home warranty through American Home Warranty Association. This policy provides a limited mechanical and structural insurance policy (with no deductible). The home warranty policy is not intended as a substitute or to supersede the inspection agreement, as a warranty, guarantee, or insurance policy of any kind whatsoever for the real estate inspection and the written report.
